Some mobile sites like Google Mobile check the User Agent string to determine if you're browsing from a mobile or a PC.  By changing the User Agent string in your browser to this (if you use Firefox, you can use the User Agent switcher add-on), you can get to the mobile version of the site to download JAR and JAD files to your PC for storage or modification.
