You can use Microsoft Phone Data Manager to sync your Xenon's contacts and backup your pictures, videos, and music to your computer.  You need a Windows Live account.  The program is still in beta, so you may have some problems (for instance, I can only sync contacts over Bluetooth, not through USB), but hey, it's free!
