Had my Xenon for over a month now and never saw this feature!  menu>my stuff>tools>voice command.....Then if you hit the options menu in the top right corner and select call alert,  you can set the phone to announce the name or number of the person calling/texting before the ring.  Sweeeeeeet:)  Just wanted to share....

The only problem with this that I figured out is that if your phone is on silent it still says the name of the person who is calling or texting you which is kind of annoying. because i got a text this morning and it woke me up. so thats the only thing i dont like about that feature.
