I've got the serial port (eg: COM12) over bluetooth working with a j2me app and software on the computer. You could use this by running some software on the computer and a j2me app made to connect to the pc software through the virtual serial port.

using the microsoft stack (default on vista/seven), the serial port over bluetooth needs to be turned on because it is off by default.

only software I've managed to find so far thats made for browsing web like this is trialware.

I've found something for controlling the pc over bluetooth but I have not tried it out much
