hard reset

 A few days ago my Xenon stopped sending texts even though I could still receive texts as well as send and receive calls. After 30 minutes on the phone with ATT technical support, they had me do a full reset. This process refreshes the software back to  its original settings but kept my photos, old calls and texts, calendar and task lists. Only the phone number stored on my phone disappeared but I keep most of my numbers on my SIM card. Here is how to do a full master reset:

tap menu
tap settings
tap phone
tap reset settings
tap master reset
tap yes
enter 0000 

and you are back to the original software setup
