Data Retrieval

 Please, can anyone help me? My phone first started disconnecting when makig calls and then BAM now it will not let me communicate with it at all.  It does not recognize the touch screen.  There is no help at this point according to the customer service rep. I spoke with at LG.  He recommended 3rd party software to retrieve my data but he doesn't seem to understand me when I tell him it will not recognize the touch screen & without that it is a worthless piece of equipment.  Took it to At&T, they can't help either, recommended a data recovery company, just talked to them and they cannot help.

BTW, the info I need is critical to a current lawsuit and I can't get it!!!!???  I'm am past desperate, can anyone help?
