Ok, so I read and messed with a couple sites, went to
www.ventones.com and signed up. "GULP" entered my cell # and crossed my fingers that I didnt get spam out the a$$. Uploaded a song and chose the MAX 30 seconds of the song I wanted to use for the tone then clicked create. It made the ringtone and then I clicked send to phone. TADAA it worked, I was able to choose "use as ringtone" So I made another and another etc and kept sending them to my phone and chose use as ringtone. Then went back into the phones memory and tried to use one of the previous ones I had already sent myself but was unable to, so I thought why not save the link ventones sent me for the ringtone in the phones notepad. So I tried that and when I got tired of the current ringtone I just opened the notepad and re-texted the link to myself. Turns out ventones stores all the ringtones you make for quite some time. So i re-click the link and get the ringtone sent back to me and just overwrite the previous one sent. Its not a 5 second super easy way to change ringtones but it worked and I have like 80 of them now. Hope this helps anyone lookin for a way to get custom ringtones on a Rogers Xenon. O and by the way......no spam !
