Just like any other phone the Xenon has it's pros and cons. Here is my 2 cents on them after 6 weeks of heavy use....

PROS:
- Great keyboard
- Good touch screen
- Good camera and video. They are actually usable!
- Good application support (in the sense that it supports Java)
- Pretty good battery life
- Call quality it above average
- Easy to use
- Fairly robust bluetooth support (compared to other phones I have had)

CONS:
- Can't sync contacts with computer
- Slow to load/sort pictures from microSD card
- Music player has to sort your songs everytime it loads
- No connectivity with computer beyond file transfer or data service
- Can't delete "stock" games, apps, or photos
- Can't copy text messages off the phone, only holds 150.
- Not nearly as many apps as the iPhone

@curlefry Thank you. I work hard at them.

@mrblack If you don't like the Xenon, why don't you just return it and get a different phone? You could try the Samsung Impression, and see if you prefer their firmware better.
Rogers don't carry Samsung Impression

The LG Xenon doesn't have the best firmware out there, but it's definitely not garbage. Don't get me wrong, the firmware does have some problems, but its pretty good for a non-smartphone, also language support shouldn't be a problem for somebody that speaks English. Wink
