When i installed the lg app and tried accessing the folders with my usb cable it just wouldnt work so i turned my phone off held the up volume and power then continued to hold em then then plugged in my usb cord.i was able to access my music photos and videos and as well backup my contacts etc....obex also did not connect by just plugging it in.but when i held those and connected it through bluetooth said success but then said denied.

But i backed up my contacts and can send stuff back an forth using that lg suite disk it came with as long as i connect by turning off my phone and then holding volume up and power the whole time it loads up and then plug it in

any questions or u know any tricks feel free to ask me to email

Can you describe this process in more detail, including when you let go of the buttons?
I'm trying to test this on my AT&T Xenon and it seems to make no difference.
