I was wondering if there is any way to get themes for the Xenon?

Not right now, because:
1. LG hasn't released any, only the two that came with the phone itself, and
2. If a third party wants to make a theme, they'd have to hack into the phone to be able to put them in the appropriate folder, or whatever it may be.
Hopefully soon, though...

What kind of resources are we looking at? Unfortunately I am unable to donate any money as my last paycheck went to buy a cage for a cockatiel we found in our backyard, and I receive my next paycheck on the first. (I'm only 15, so naturally I spend my money as soon as I get it )

Hehehe, take it from someone twice your age plus a bit... Save as much money as you can, while you can.  From what I've read, the CID has to do with the security protection of the phone. So it's a matter of time before someone cracks it or finds a way around. It just gets more and more difficult each go-around as security holes get patched more often than new ones are opened.

Now, if only the Xenon as simple to hack as a windows mobile phone, but I guess that would take all the fun out of cracking it.

Someone will have to find a way "in" to the phone... once that happens, then we'll be able to have themes!

i "belong" with lg vu.com and have a friend that has a xenon so told him id look into themes for his phone and i started looking and noticed that yall could not get into the phone which made me wonder if our program we use to get into our phone would work since there both LG...im sort of a noob in a way bt ill check with the "head" guys on the other site and see with them also.

i am also from lg-vu.com. I just recently sold my vu and got the xenon. But as for what you were saying with the programs"i forgot the programs names haven't messed with a vu in awhile" but i think people have tried it. I think its the drivers we have with for the xenon aren't correct. They don't work with the programs. I have been keeping up with the forums and that's from what i understand. Also if anyone needs help with progress in the xenon. Just let me know im kind of a noob, but have lots of time on my hands, and i am ready to get this phone hacked.

I think we are on the same page. I will be recieving a xenon hopefully soon, and was wondering if the Lg Vu's themes or another lg phone's themes would work.

hi guys im from the lg vu site and our themes will most likely be compatible with ur phone if u guys moddified them a little and on the lg vu's site we hav a hack or modd called EIP it lets u hav multiple themes by clicking the battery symbol on ur phone if u guys want more information or help on porting the vu's themes and EIP to ur phone pm me or another member named sumo
