Currently, I have three favorites:
1. Helicopter by Bloc Party
2. Don't Fear the Reaper by Blue Öyster Cult
3. Empty Walls by Serj Tankian (note: full song has inappropriate lyrics.)

I cut mine down to 30 secs and reduced the quality.

I constantly change the ringtones on my phone. I set to themes to match my wallpaper. It also depends on what mood I'm in.
Currently my ringtone is harry potter puppet pals - ticking noise. My text ring is the mail received sound from the .hack// games.
