My guess is to poke around the forum. The Fido Xenon probably has the same restrictions as the Rogers one.

try this!

your ringtone should be 0.1 to 18.9 seconds long, less than 300k and .wav or .mp3 format

That's why I mentioned to poke around.

I have had luck setting sounds that fit the bill above when either transferring them via bluetooth or when downloading a link/file from the net.
