I am wondering the same thing. On my Inbox there is sometimes a little yellow square on top of the envelope next to the name of the conversation for the text message. I am not sure if this means they read the message, they didnt read the message yet or what it means. If anyone can answer this I would greatly appreciate it Smiley

If the message has Delivery Receipt set, then there's a little red circle lines like
(o)=
on the bottom-right of the message icon.

You'll also get a message notification that the message was delivered.


An orange M on the lower-left is for a Multimedia Message (MMS/picture message)

Not sure what the "message was read" icon is yet.
