Xenon is Freezing on the Dial Screen

My Xenon is having a weird problem. When I go to dial a phone number, if I use the numbers on the right side of the dial pad, ie 3,6,9, it locks up. The phone completely freezes and I have to do a hard reset by pulling the battery. I did a search on the site, but I have not found anything about this problem yet. Any help would be appreciated.

OMG me to but its like 4 7 and something else. you cant even do it on the qwerty board. the buttons work foreverything else. idk what to do ='[
