I am new to this blog, so please excuse me if i am too wordy in my question.
I have browsed through the various topics listed and thus far have found none regarding headphone adapters to allow you to use your standard 3.5 mm. headphones with the LG Xenon.
I recently purchased an adapter that i found on EBAY (
http://cgi.ebay.com/3-5mm-Headset-Adapter-for-Motorola-RAZR2-V8-V9-V9m-Q9_W0QQitemZ110382060147QQcmdZViewItemQQptZPDA_Accessories?hash=item19b3489273&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72:1205|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318|301:1|293:1|294:50)
The adapter fits perfectly into the micro-usb port at the top of the phone (where the USB cable and charger go) but once i plug in the headphones, nothing comes out of the headphones. Could this possibly be cause it is a motorola product? I have had no success in locating anything that has been made specifically for this LG Xenon model.
Has anyone had any luck in getting wired headphones to work with their Xenon? Is there a setting somewhere on the phone/music player that needs to be turned on in order for the audio to output through the headphones? Anytime i try, it just goes through the phone speaker and not the headphones. To the best of my abilities, i have not found any setting anywhere.
I really want to figure out a way to make my standard headphone work with this phone so i can use it as an MP3 player for personal use and in the car without having to go bluetooth.
Any ideas/suggestions?
