Apparently some incarnation of the Xenon/GR500 has a front camera as well as the back camera...

I'm not aware of any with front cameras in the wild.

Many if not all Rogers Xenon's have this camera. I would assume Bell's does too. It is used for making video calls. These cost a per min rate on rogers and Bell offers a feature for $5.00
