I did the same thing, the way i found out was i record a video for like 10 sec and then save or transfer to mem carrd. Plug in your phone as mass storage, and it will show you 3gp i believe. Now regsrding quality. Thats up to you on how long you want to wait. There are some converters that take up alot of time, but quality is great, and there are some that do it quick and quality is ok. I mean the  phone screen is pritty small, so it will still look good even tho its a fast convert. I have converter that is quick and decent, pm if you or anyone wants it. Hope this helps

Depends on your carrier.  AT&T calls it Video Share (sometimes Cellular Video or CV, but usually CV is for watching video on your phone) and the Xenon supports it - if the person/carrier at the other end supports it too.

From what ive tested a mp4 from a youtube ripper site
From

Phone memory - only a moment of audio, then silence - video appears to be slow
Memory Card - Audio Plays fine, video is too slow.

I will be trying some conversions and let you know.
