I have had this phone for a couple months and i absolutely love it....my only issue now is that whenever i receive a text message and i slide the phone to reply, the screen just goes black on me and i have to turn it off and turn it back on to get the screen back. The screen stays on when i keep it closed, it only goes off when i slide it open. Any ideas of what might be going on???

Sounds like maybe there's a loose connection?  If you slide it open slowly, is there a certain point when the screen goes out?

Unfortunately I don't think there's a way to fix your phone without taking it apart, which for most people means taking it to a cell phone repair shop.

If you have warranty or phone insurance you should be able to get it repaired or replaced though.

Sorry, I have no clue - most times when I take things apart them never come back together again, LOL.
My broken iPod was an exception to the rule.
