I was setting a PIN and Security Code on my LG Xenon today and it asked me for the PKU code. I tried 10 times and now my phone is locked.
Is there a set PKU Code?
And how do I unlock it?

Go to www.att.com and log into your account and then find ur device when you hit the phone/device tab. Once you do that, to the right of your phone picture it should say unblock sim card which is the PKU code thing.

Since you tried that 10 times your SIM card is now locked and 'fried'

It's like a phone security setting.  You shouldn't have tried the 10 times to do that (though it really doesn't tell you anywhere not too).  You basically have to look it up first.

You'll have to go get a new SIM card at an ATT store.  And, more than likely you'll have to pay for it b/c for the most part they don't cover that since it's the users fault.

So ya, don't do that again.   Smiley

No, you just go to www.att.com and reset it. You don't have to get a new SIM card unless your dumb enough and won't just reset it. I did this and it got locked and I freaked out, but when all else fails you just go to Google and search it up.

I did this to my phone.  I went to the store, they said it was shot and made me buy a new one.

Looking it up on Google, Yahoo, tells you the same thing.

It's fixable IF you don't type in the code 10 times.  He DID that.  Thus, it's not fixable now.
