Something's wrong with my phone. Whenever I'm on the phone talking to somebody, 1 minute or a little after, my phone ends up turning off. Then when I quickly turn it back on, it says "low battery" after I just fully charged it a minute ago. Same thing happens when I go on the web.

Help? =/ Taking out the battery & putting it back in won't work; tried it billions of times already.

Sounds like you need a new battery.  If you got your phone recently, see if the store will replace the battery for you under warranty.

I've had this phone for quite a while now. Although I might as well try to get a new battery for it since that's my only option right now. -.-' Worth a shot. Thank you.

Sounds like it may not be charging, so either you need a new battery, or your charger isn't providing enough power.

If you haven't already, you can try turning the phone off and plug it into the wall charger for an hour or so.

If it comes up (at least partly) charged, then your charger probably isn't providing enough power.

If it still comes up empty then it could be either the battery or the charger.  Without another charger or battery, it's difficult to tell which one is to blame.

Mine first started disconnecting when makig calls and then BAM now it will not let me communicate with it at all.  It does not recognize the touch screen.  There is no help at this point according to the customer service rep. I spoke with at LG.  He recommended 3rd party software to retrieve your data but he doesn't seem to understand me whn I tell him it will not recognize the touch screen & without that it is a worthless piece of equipment.  Took it to At&T, they can't help either, recommended a data recovery company, just talked to them and they cannot help.  I would recommend you have them save everything they have on the phone to the SIM card NOW!

BTW, the info I need is critical to a current lawsuit and I can't get it!!!!
