Phone is frozen

For the few people that said their Xenon froze can you explain what happened? My buddies froze two days ago and it won't work.

He can get texts and get calls but he can't do anything outgoing at all.

I've had it freeze once, but pulling the battery fixed it.
If he hasnt already, try to pull the battery for a few minutes.

Well ATT just gave him a new phone. lol
