My pictures are saved on the memory stick. I've created new folders in my Pictures menu. How do I move certain pictures into those folders?

I'm having a similar problem.
My most recent pics are showing up in my Graphics folder when I browse through my phone.  But, when I connect my phone to my computer, Windows Explorer can't find the most recent pics in my Graphics folder.  How do I transfer them to my PC?  Sending them isn't an option, since it always fails.
