LG Xenon - LG HBM 900 headset won't receive calls

My GR500 can only make outgoing calls with the headset- calls will not come in.

Once I turn the bluetooth back off the phone works fine.

Any ideas??

I'm not sure what you mean by calls will not come in?

Do you mean that incoming calls do not go to the headset and sound is on the phone only?

If you mean incoming calls route sound to the phone and not the headset, I have seen this before. It seems to depend on the headset.

My Jabra BT8010 always gets incoming calls when it's on and paired.
My car BT seems to vary - if I last used the headset in a call, most times it uses the headset. But sometimes it does not.

You can transfer the call to your headset after answering by choosing "Use Bluetooth" from the context menu though.

No I mean like no one can call me- their phones don't ring and NOTHING happens on my end. But I can call out.

Once I turn the Bluetooth off people can call me again.
