does any one else's phone ever just freeze up while sending a message?

No I have never had that problem. Is it when you are sending a MMS with a large attachment? Because I could imagine it freezing while trying to resize a very large attachment to 600KB.

mine freezes at times when i send a regular message, no photo/video/sound attached. I wondered why this happens at random times. Its a hassle b/c i have to take the case off to remove the battery and place back in.

How is your signal strength?  The only time I experienced a real freeze (versus a pause) was when I was in a poor signal area.

My friend (who did the buy one get one free deal with me) had his phone completely freeze today.  He could receive calls and texts fine, but the phone was locked up and he couldn't send a text or move the touch screen at all.

Heard any about this?

Att sent it off.
