I don't believe there is a pdf viewer for this phone. I haven't seen any yet.

I've seen some references to "gray-legal" PDF viewers, but since even signed third-party applications cannot access the filesystem via Java, I'm not sure how they'd work unless they downloaded the PDF file off the web and held it in memory to view.
