I was searching for the answer before making a thread but I can't find anything relating to it.  Huh Anyway, I get picture texts sent to me and when I press "get" etc....nothing happens afterward and I can't locate the picture at all on my phone; there's nothing blocked on my phone (internet) so..I guess I just need help locating the pic? I'm sorry if this seems like a 'dumb' question but this has me really frustrated. Any help is appreciated.

So you can see the picture?

Try tap-and-hold on the picture - a pop-up should appear to let you save it.

Otherwise, Extract Data from the context menu should work too.

Check your 'default' save location (Its probably your memory card).

If so, then look in "E:\Others\..." (where 'e:\' is your xenons drive letter). Your phone will use the folder "Others" as a default save point as a master inbox. You can cut and paste files to different directories afterward from the context menu.

If the phone "knows" what kind of file it is (it's a recognized file extension), it'll file it in one of the other folders (Pictures, Audio).  Otherwise it'll go in Others or Other Files.
