I don't think so unless you don't apply it nicely and correctly.

Oh I HATE the air bubbles. I am so glad I don't have to worry about them anymore! All those screen protector sheets give you some, no matter how careful you put them on. But if you want them, you can get a set of about 20 at Walmart in the electronics department for around $10.

Installation:
Pretty easy. Ive never used any sort of screen protector before so this really was my 1st ever attempt at something of this sort. Took a few tries for some pieces, but they give you plenty of solution. Every piece fit exceptionally well. I got 1 teeny tiny airbubble on the screen but it looks to be working its way flat/out.
My only dislike is the 'grippyness'. I find myself sliding my finger 2-3 times more often now cause i pass up or scroll to slow.
I tested out the scratch proof ness. Works. haha.
Good product.
score: 8.5/10.

After having this on my phone now for a couple of days, i would say 99% of any bubbles are gone. The ones left are sooooo un-noticable it doesnt even matter. Im quite happy with this product.

I just went to a local mall and they had a kiosk there for it. For $5 they even applied it there and so now its all nice and perfectly on. Its pretty awesome that if it ever scratches all I have to do is just go back there and they will replace it for free + $5 for them to apply the new one. I'm kinda glad that they did it... I know I wouldn't have done it as well as this.
The only thing I don't like about it is that it is kind of sticky in a way. I use a stylus on the phone, and its not as easy to drag things around. But no scratches is much better than having a slightly sticky sensation with a stylus.

does the touch screen still work as well with the cover on it? or does it take awhile to touch the options on the phone?

Here's something I noticed since I just removed my new case. The stupid case actually scratched the phone!!!!
On all 4 corners front and back there are very small scratches from actually having the case on the phone. That sort of bothers me as the whole point of the case is to keep scratches off it---yet the case on it put scratches there....

I agree with the "stickiness" complaint about the InvisibleSHIELD.
Other than that, I LOVE it. Fairly easy to apply (if you read the instructions and be sure to align properly) and I don't have any bubbles. I do have some "shimmers" on it (which I presume are from micro-bubbles).
I've used a number of other overlay shield things and this one is by far the best I've had so far. It's also the most expensive I've used, but you do get what you pay for.
I think the "sticky" (feels very vinyl-ish) negative comes with the anti-scratch properties.

I question this products longevity for "normal" use. After less than 2 months, nearly all corners were pealing and leaving some sticky residue. Now, being that i carry the phone in my pocket like everyone else, the sticky residue would collect and hold fuzzys. Seeing that i spent 25$ on a 'case' that lasted less than 2 months really chaps my ass. I ended up pealing all of it off except the front screen protector and put a snap on case on (that i bought for 8.99$ shipped) to HOLD the screen protector in place. We'll see how that works out.
